Digital products

Our e-books and kits are digital files delivered immediately after purchase. Because they can be downloaded and kept right away, they are generally not returnable once the download has started. You confirm this at checkout.

Your statutory rights

Where consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal for digital content, that right ends once delivery has begun with your prior consent and your acknowledgement that the right is thereby lost. Your mandatory statutory rights are not affected.

If something’s wrong

If a file is faulty, won’t open, or you were charged in error, contact us at contact@ross-mercer.com and we’ll fix it — a working file or, where appropriate, a refund.

Team licenses

For invoiced team and company licenses, refund terms are set out on the invoice and license document. Contact us before purchase if you have questions.
