Terms of Sale

1. Who you’re buying from

Digital products on this website (e-books and kits) are sold by Norman Voellings, Armação de Pêra, Portugal (“we”, “us”). See the Legal Notice for full details. Paperbacks are sold separately by Amazon under their own terms.

2. Products and delivery

E-books are delivered as downloadable files (PDF and EPUB). Kits are delivered as downloadable files. After successful payment you receive a personal download link by email, valid for 30 days. Delivery is immediate.

3. Prices and tax

Prices are shown in your local currency (USD or GBP) and include any applicable tax. The amount charged is the amount shown at checkout. For business customers who provide a valid VAT/Tax ID, reverse charge is applied where it is due.

4. License and permitted use

When you buy a personal product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for your own use. You may not resell, share, sublicense, publicly post, or redistribute the files. Team and company licenses cover internal use within the named organization up to the stated number of seats; the same restrictions on resale and external distribution apply.

5. Intellectual property

All books, kits, text, and templates remain our intellectual property. Buying a product does not transfer copyright.

6. Refunds

Because products are delivered digitally and immediately, please see our Refund Policy for how returns and your statutory rights work.

7. Disclaimer

The books and kits provide general guidance for managers. They are not legal, financial, or HR advice. For decisions involving employment law, terminations, or similar matters, consult a qualified professional.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability for the products is limited to the amount you paid.
